Terms and Conditions
Our commitment to you.
Meridian Bretagne will take all reasonable steps to ensure that our services are provided in a professional and timely manner.
We will keep you informed at each significant stage of any services provided and any changes to the services or the price thereof.
We will mediate any disputes between You and our agents to try to find a resolution between both parties.
We will advise You regarding all legal obligations.
Your Obligations
Any changes to previously agreed services should be made in writing.
Payments to third parties, builders, surveyors, etc., should be made directly to those third parties in accordance with their terms and conditions. We do not handle our customers money except in payment for our services.
Termination; Cancellation
Subject to any third party agreements You may terminate your agreement to use our services with or without cause at any time by sending written notice of your desire to cancel. This Agreement will be deemed terminated within ten (10) business days of Meridian Bretagne's receipt of Your notice once any outstanding invoices to Meridian Bretagne have been paid.
Warranty
Meridian Bretagne makes no warranty, expressed or implied, on behalf of third parties, e.g. building surveyors. Our 30 year guarantee is explained in more detail here.
Payment
Payment for our services should be made in a timely manner upon receipt of an invoice, no later than 30 days after the invoice date.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France, except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in France.
